Pyramid8 have a fantastic opportunity open for a Senior Project Manager in the Huddersfield area. Working for an extremely successful company, with blue chip National and International clients, you will be responsible for managing their client portfolio, taking accountability for work-stream delivery targets and owning the quality and accuracy of the reporting for their work-streams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the Regional Project Managers understand the ways of working and how they apply to their work-streams.
  • Liaises with other work-stream leads to ensure resource is correctly allocated.
  • Co-ordinates and aligns all reporting into the client.
  • Oversees the Regional Delivery teams and their daily outputs.
  • Supports and guides the performance management objectives of the program.
  • Is the point of escalation of any regional issues that needs support and guidance.
  • Works closely with the client’s stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and feed these into the regional teams.
  • Ensures that there are clear lines of communication across the different work-streams (Project Management, Design, Management Information and Supply Chains)
  • Works with the Supply Chain Performance Manager for their work-streams to ensure a high level of consistent supplier performance
  • Provides regular updates to the client’s project sponsors, using the standardised and developed reporting
  • Ensures, for their work-streams, that a high level of data quality is adhered to.
  • Ensures that each team member is properly trained and up to speed with the client’s requirements
  • Shares best practice amongst the regional project managers.
  • Captures and shares lessons learnt and shares them amongst the team and across the different portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and make recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent and timely delivery of the overall portfolio of projects.
  • Experience of Corporate Identity rollouts, including signage an advantage.
