Ardeta Search is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in West Yorkshire, to recruit aBusiness Development Executive to drive lead generation and support their ambitious expansion plans.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients within the manufacturing sector. Your focus will be on lead generation, market research, and relationship building to create a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Research and target key decision-makers across industries that require manufacturing solutions.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets for lead conversion and pipeline growth.
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Experience within the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools.
- Competitive base salary of £30,000 £35,000 + uncapped commission structure.
