Our client, a prominent figure in the training sector, is currently seeking a Chef Coach. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals in the hospitality industry to transition into a training and development position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering apprenticeship standards to learners at their place of work.
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
  • Assisting learners in developing transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to training and assessments.
  • Actively contributing to the Loving Hospitality initiative and the Chef Academy programme.
Job Requirements:

Along with recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a kitchen, you'll bring:

  • Extensive vocational experience in food production.
  • Experience of working in high-demand environments, meeting targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
  • Experience of working autonomously.

Any of the following would be an advantage but are not essential:

  • NVQ level 2 in Senior Production Chef or Professional Cookery.
  • BTEC level 3 Hospitality Management.
  • Experience of operating within WBL/education environment.
