Here’s a lowdown on the job, this should cover everything you need to know:

Account Manager- no new business expectations or cold calling- all clients are existing clients

- Customer places order online

- You are calling the customer to welcome them to the business and confirm their order

- At least 50 calls per day

- The Account Manager then calls the customer to thank them for their order

- Will go through a serious of qualifying questions, rapport building and if the client is a potential ongoing customer that warrants an Account Manager then you would sell the benefits of them having you as their Account Manager and sign them up

- That client is then managed by you and all spend from on that account sits with you- you get commission on this spend

- Moving to them point where you will have built up an amazing account based and you then service your key accounts- provide quotes, process orders, deal with deliver queries or invoice queries
