Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading Valve manufacturer to recruit a Sales Manager in their Aftermarket team, where you'll drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer support, tailored solutions, and expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal sales activities, driving revenue in the aftermarket valves sector.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to offer seamless service and product delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and expand market presence.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the valves or industrial sector, Control Valves sizing and selection experience is desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude, ideally with a qualification in Engineering.
  • Experience in a Team Leader / Management role 
  • Good communication, literacy, presentation, computer and organisation skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical sales experience selling to End users and contractors.
