Duties

Building surveyor to work with the Damp, Mould and condensation team.

Needs experience in identifying the root cause of damp mould and condensation within a domestic dwelling and being able recognise and report the required repairs to resolve the issue.

Good IT skills and be competent using the Microsoft suite.

Will be required to travel throughout the Kirklees district visited tenanted properties following reports of Damp, mould or condensation.
