Your Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers and the company, ensuring seamless communication and accurate information regarding orders both pre- and post-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Accurately input and upload manually placed orders into the planning system.
  • Customer Coordination: Negotiate and arrange suitable delivery dates and times.
  • Issue Resolution: Address safety-critical defects promptly and manage customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • System Updates: Keep the planning system updated with all necessary details for accurate site planning.
  • Data Management: Log KPI information, collate data on additional costs, and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth shift operations.
