You’ll be responsible for handling of queries received within the RRRM department from; Highways Traffic Officers, Road Users and our Network of Recovery Operators both by email and phone to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service.   • You’ll be proactive & organized, having the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under time constraints within a fast-paced environment
  • You'll be able to handle and resolve queries and complaints effectively - previous complaints handling experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • You can effectively engage with customers at all levels via phone and email, addressing their concerns and enquiries in a professional, helpful manner.
  • You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • You hold strong competency of IT systems including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
  • Previous experience in analysis of data and trends would be ideal but not essential.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
