Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to daily customer queries, tracking follow-ups and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Technical, and Production teams to deliver consistent and reliable customer support.
  • Arrange and coordinate on-site visits and inspections for service teams.
  • Document and investigate customer claims with the quality team, helping to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain organised and accessible records, supporting quality standards and efficient customer service.

Key requirements of the Technical Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience within a technical or engineering setting is highly desirable
  • Organised and proactive nature, adept at managing daily inbound enquiries
  • Ability to track progress to completion of tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with use of basic Microsoft packages, including Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
