We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Administrator to join our key client based in Huddersfield on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our well-established company. If you have a keen eye for detail and are proficient in Excel, we encourage you to apply.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Verify the accuracy of received data, including email addresses, physical addresses, and contact numbers.
  • Communicate via email to address queries or confirm completion of data uploads.
  • Make necessary corrections and updates to data as required.
  • Upload data onto two specified digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and correct placement.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with precision.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team, providing regular updates on your progress.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed to support the team and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a data input role.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Resilient under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Must be immediately available to start work.
