Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure swift delivery of data and print projects.
  • Analyse and implement internal and customer-supplied briefing documents, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with account managers throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage Deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Handle Data provided in various formats from different sources.
  • Utilise Software solutions to sort, cleanse data, and provide relevant reporting.
  • Compose VDP Documents using industry-specific software solutions, output proofing, and print-ready files following internal processes and procedures.
  • Problem Solve by seeking help and advice from senior team members when required and proactively resolving complicated project issues.
  • Coordinate Approvals with account managers and print department for laser, digital, or ink jet printing jobs.
  • Manage Workload within the team to ensure pressures are shared equally, offering the best service possible.
  • Improve Services by continually looking for opportunities to enhance client services.
  • Attend Training for personal and company development as required.
  • Perform Additional Duties as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Cygnus and XMPie is a must.
  • Team Environment: Ability to work effectively within the data/development team.
