We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Surgeon for a fantastic independent practice based in West Yorkshire. This exciting role will involve a variety of duties, including consulting, diagnosing, performing surgeries, and providing inpatient care. You will be joining a large, supportive team.

About the Practice

This independent veterinary group has a main purpose-built hospital in Huddersfield and 6 branch practices in the surrounding areas.

The hospital provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic and surgical equipment, including a CT scanner, visiting MRI truck, digital X-ray, endoscopy, laparoscopy, diathermy, a dental suite with dental X-ray, and a fully equipped lab. Dedicated high-sterility theatres are available for orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries, and the hospital has specialized wards for different species, including separate ICU, cat, dog, exotic, and isolation wards.

The practice also offers access to an animal rehabilitation centre and a behaviour team, both based at the main hospital. It is an RCVS-accredited hospital with GP status awarded to its branch practices.
