I am on the lookout for a talented and driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic team in Huddersfield. The practice thrives on creativity and innovation, tackling a diverse range of exciting projects across heritage, residential, commercial, and public sectors. With a dedication to sustainability and a passion for exceeding client expectations, they pride themselves on delivering outstanding results in every project.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post Part 2 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You should bring a progressive mindset, coupled with outstanding design abilities and technical proficiency. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly desirable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Significant experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
  • Work across all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
