I am on the lookout for an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly team in Huddersfield. The practice provides innovative projects across the heritage, residential, commercial, and public sectors. With a passion for sustainability and exceeding client expectations, they pride themselves on delivering outstanding results in every project.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You should bring an excellent mindset, coupled with outstanding design abilities and technical proficiency. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly desirable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Significant experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
  • Work across all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
