PA to CEO/Executive Assistant

37 hours per week M- F - Hybrid working plus great benefits

Our client based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, is seeking a Permanent PA to their CEO.

This pivotal role will support the CEO in their mission to provide an exceptional service to the community. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage complex schedules, communications, and projects, ensuring the CEO can focus on driving the company's vision forward. If you have previous PA/Executive Assistant experience within Education/Community/NHS or Similar industries I would like to hear from you.

Duties will include:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize briefing materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-informed and ready to engage.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for the CEO's commitments.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing research and support where needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the CEO in prioritizing workload, juggling various tasks to maintain productivity.
  • Overseeing Emails and correspondence
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, preferably within a similar sector
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for stakeholder engagement.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges and support leadership.
  • Proficient in using Office 365 and other relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
