- Oversee audit assignments from start to finish, managing teams of staff to meet reporting deadlines and client agreed deadlines.
- Monitoring of departmental performance including client wins / losses, billing, forecasting, assignment recoveries.
- Involvement in client tendering processes including drafting and finalisation of proposal documents, introductory meetings, and presentations.
- As an Audit manager you will manage audit staff including training and development of the team, recruitment, appraisals, etc.
- Be ACA, ACCA or Qualified by experience.
- Have experience working as a Senior Auditor or an Audit Manager in an accountancy Practice.
- Have good interpersonal skills, feeling comfortable forming long-term relationships with clients.
