• Managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services
• Preparing and reviewing audit plans, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Overseeing the audit process, delivering management reports and recommendations to clients
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide added value

The ideal candidate will:

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified with strong audit experience in practice
• Have experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering audits to a high standard
• Demonstrate leadership skills, with experience mentoring and training junior staff
• Have excellent technical knowledge of audit and assurance standards
• Be a proactive and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Possess strong organisational skills, ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget
