Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services
  • Preparing and reviewing audit plans, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Overseeing the audit process, delivering management reports and recommendations to clients
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide added value
  • Delegating workflow, reviewing work, and providing mentorship and training to junior members of the team
  • Briefing staff on ongoing business, conducting appraisals, and supporting staff development
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on audit findings and business insights

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified with strong audit experience in practice
