Axon Moore is seeking an Interim Group Finance Manager for a large international business based in West Yorkshire.
The role involves supporting the Group Finance Director, managing financial reporting, and acting as a key contact for various stakeholders.
Candidates should have strong technical accounting experience, managerial experience, and a background in business partnering.
The position requires a qualified finance leader (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a Group or Head Office function.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Axon Moore are supporting a large international business based in West Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Group Finance Manager.The successful candidate will be positioned in a highly visible role across the Group and will support the Group Finance Director in driving the performance of the business. The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

Delivery and execution of all group financial and management reporting on a monthly basis
Business partnering and acting as the main Head Office contact for a range of finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Group which consists of multiple subsidiaries
Analysing key variances in relation to business performance and improvement area
Managing a team of 2 direct reports
Production of the Group’s annual budget process, including presentation to the wider Group finance team
Preparation of year-end Group statutory accounts and other Head Office holding companies, in accordance with IFRS
Lead all aspects of accounting Head Office holding companies, including monthly reporting and statutory accounts preparation.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

Qualified Finance Leader, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group or Head Office function
Managerial experience of leading and developing other finance staff
Strong business partnering experience, with a track record of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
