- Delivery and execution of all group financial and management reporting on a monthly basis
- Business partnering and acting as the main Head Office contact for a range of finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Group which consists of multiple subsidiaries
- Analysing key variances in relation to business performance and improvement area
- Managing a team of 2 direct reports
- Production of the Group’s annual budget process, including presentation to the wider Group finance team
- Preparation of year-end Group statutory accounts and other Head Office holding companies, in accordance with IFRS
- Lead all aspects of accounting Head Office holding companies, including monthly reporting and statutory accounts preparation.
- Qualified Finance Leader, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group or Head Office function
- Managerial experience of leading and developing other finance staff
- Strong business partnering experience, with a track record of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
