You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, working as a change agent to deliver transformative asset management strategies that are data-driven and resident-focused. • Data and Systems Oversight: Ensure asset data is accurate, current, and effectively used to support strategic and operational plans. Lead data collection and analysis to drive effective asset management and decision-making.
  • Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to foster a holistic approach to programme planning. Mentor and support a team of asset and technical specialists, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Performance and Risk Management: Track programme progress, report on activity and potential risks, and make recommendations to address issues proactively.
  • Supplier and Quality Management: Lead the commissioning and procurement process, ensuring suppliers and contractors meet high standards and value for money. Oversee efficient and prompt resolution of complaints, addressing any gaps to improve service quality.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in partnering with other organisations, political awareness, and knowledge of the regulatory framework governing housing assets are all valuable assets for this role.

Why Join Us?
