NJR Recruitment is delighted to be currently working with a well known wealth management practice that specialise in providing high quality personal advice on many aspects of financial planning

Based on the outskirts of Huddersfield, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support the wealth advisers who advise on a range of Pensions and Investment products.

Ideally working from the office, although hybrid working will also be considered for the right candidate, this role will be varied and will involve;

  • Arranging client meetings and diary management
  • Preparing client valuations and meeting packs
  • Processing new business applications
  • Undertaking general office duties
  • Liaising with providers to obtain information relating to clients policies
  • Inputting data onto client management system

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience working within wealth management
  • Good general knowledge of the financial planning industry and products
  • Excellent communication skills
