About the Role

As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you’ll work closely with experienced advisers and learn the ins and outs of financial planning, client management, and tailored advisory services. We’re looking for a proactive candidate who’s passionate about building a successful career in financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and recommendations
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on financial products and market trends to support client solutions
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, learning to build strong, trusted relationships
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and documents meet regulatory standards

What do we need from you?

  • Some exams towards Chartered status already completed, with a commitment to completing the remaining requirements
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals

  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
