We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a part-time administrator on a construction project in Huddersfield. This role offers flexibility with working hours and is set to begin in May.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the site team, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and attendance sheets.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
  • Provide support to site personnel with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
