The role:

Working alongside a CRM Manager and Senior CRM Exec, you'll support with the delivery of customer communications and monitor the engagement, usage and retention rates across numerous brands.

Responsibilities:

• Creation, delivery & performance of email campaigns
• Briefing, constructing and testing email campaigns that align to the CRM campaign calendar
• Collaborating with the CRM team to identify and decide the contents of weekly emails and promotions
• Working wider teams to make sure campaigns are on brand
• Analyse and report on CRM campaign performance, providing suggestions for improvement

What you will need:

• Previous Email Marketing experience
• Experience using a CRM Platform or Email Service Provider
• Experience writing creative design briefs
• Customer data segmentation
• Good analytical skills and experience using analytics tools
