Responsibilities include fabricating, assembling, and repairing steel parts, as well as performing various welding operations.
A minimum of two years of experience in welding and fabrication is preferred.

Our client is a leader in their field and are now looking for Welders / Fabricators. The candidates needs to be dynamic, hard-working and passionate about producing high quality wor and to perform all aspects of welder/fabricator duties, whilst following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Fabricating, assembling and/or repairing steel parts
Laying out and fabricating metal structural parts such as plates, bulkheads, decks and frames and bracing them in position for welding
Handling compressed cylinders, hoses and regulators, welding machines and leads and performing all other aspects of gas and electric welding, cutting and burning operations
Stick, MIG and arc welding, using appropriate procedures for the material and for the application of the material being welded
