We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher/snagger to join our team on a new build housing project in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality development and contribute to the creation of beautiful new homes.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed homes to identify and report any defects or snags.
- Carry out finishing works, including: painting and decorating and patching.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management to ensure timely completion of snagging and finishing works.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Comply with all site procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher/Snagger in new build housing projects.
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
