We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher/snagger to join our team on a new build housing project in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality development and contribute to the creation of beautiful new homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect completed homes to identify and report any defects or snags.
  • Carry out finishing works, including: painting and decorating and patching.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and site management to ensure timely completion of snagging and finishing works.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Comply with all site procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finisher/Snagger in new build housing projects.
  • A valid CSCS card is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
