Painter and Decorator's required for social housing contract, must have CSCS, Full UK License and use of own Vehicle.

An enhanced DBS check is required for the role

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Duties:

• To work withing the damp. Mould and condensation team
• Carrying out Mould treatments throughout the Borough
• Decoration, internal and external of the council properties, this included public buildings, houses and schools.
• To ensure as far as reasonably practicable the satisfaction of the client or tenant with regard to quality of work, prompt services and conduct wherever work is to be carried out.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Painting and Decorating
• Blue CSCS Blue Card
• Must have a valid Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle for Use.

• An enhanced DBS check
