The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the parts department, responsible for delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring that customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles. You will also work closely with the service team to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability for service and repair work.
* Offering expert advice to customers on the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.
* Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
* Ensuring all parts are accurately stored and catalogued.
* Maintaining detailed records of all parts transactions and inventory.
* Supporting the service department to ensure the seamless operation of the workshop.
* Processing customer orders and managing payments efficiently.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage stock levels.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A full UK driving license is preferred.
