Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice based in Huddersfield who are looking to take on a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team of talented individuals. Retrofit Coordinator Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Retrofit Coordinator Position Overview

  • Attending Design Team meetings
  • Advising on compliant PAS2035 systems/details
  • Understanding the entire fabric of a building, an EPC rating and how to improve the rating using a number of different methods available
  • Contractor management whilst on site projects are going ahead, building relationships with these stakeholders and ensuring a smooth running of projects
  • Being involved in the overall sustainability strategy and aligning each project with the targets and budgets in place
  • Researching and identifying funding opportunities for retrofit work and innovation
  • Working with the wider team to ensure that customers are kept up to date and informed in regards to sustainability plans for their properties

Retrofit Coordinator Position Requirements

  • Accredited Retrofit Assessor and Accredited Retrofit Co-Ordinator
  • Proven experience/knowledge in Sustainability/ Decarbonisation/Retrofit
  • Project delivery experience in the built environment
  • Appreciation of building fabric and renewable technologies for residential properties
  • Awareness of current/upcoming funding streams for Energy Efficiency Measures
  • Detailed knowledge of PAS2035 and Trustmark procedures
  • Ambitious and commercially minded
  • Enthusiasm for growing new opportunities in a fast-moving market
  • High level of energy with lots of drive and a can-do attitude
  • Confident communicator & experienced in delivering results
  • A 'self-starter' and can be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Full UK driving licence as this position will require travel to clients' offices/ sites
