They are ideally looking for Developers to attend their office twice per week but remote options are available.
The Role
An experienced Technical Lead to lead and inspire our multi-site development teams. This key leadership position will drive innovation in our enterprise application landscape while ensuring excellent delivery of customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple development squads across different locations, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Drive agile practices, including facilitating ceremonies and managing development backlogs.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
- Oversee implementation of solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and partner platforms.
- Establish and maintain development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Guide professional development of team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across all levels of the organization.
- Drive innovation while maintaining high availability and performance of enterprise applications.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Software Development or solution delivery leadership
- Strong background in Agile software delivery environments
- Experience with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of customer communication platforms and digital messaging technologies
- Track record of successful project ownership and delivery
- Excellence in stakeholder management and team leadership
