We are pleased to be working with an excellent, reputable company based in Huddersfield who are looking for a HR Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an fantastic opportunity for someone to be the main point of contact within the HR Department.

You will support with Payroll and Finance within the company, due to the size of the company you will be required to liaise with all departments.

Duties include:

  • Effective communication and people management across staff (approx 100 employees)
  • Deal with all holidays and sickness within the company
  • Supporting the recruitment across the company - including job adverts and reviewing CVs
  • Management of new starters and leavers (sending documents, organising interview confirmations etc)
  • Liaising with the payroll bureau to ensure that wage slips are correct
  • Support the internal payroll to ensure the time sheets are all accurate and submitted on time
  • Support with staff appraisals
  • Other adhoc duties

Skills:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards this
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Strong IT skills would be an advantage
