The interim HR Manager role is responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing the HR department's daily operations as a stand alone HR Manager.
- Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Overseeing recruitment and selection processes.
- Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Providing guidance and advice to management on HR matters.
- Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
- Monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems.
Profile
The successful HR Manager should have/be:
- Proven HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Good administration skills
- A hands-on, can-do approach.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Immediately available to start a new role
