An HR Advisor is required to provide vital HR support within an industrial/manufacturing environment of approx 1200 employees working closely with the HR Business Partner for all aspects of HR on day to day basis. Building key working relationships with stakeholder across the business being the face of HR for all first level queries in a generalist capacity.

Description
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder management
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £36,000 - £47,000 per annum.
