We’re looking for a motivated Business Systems Manager with in depth experience of business operations, Agile (Scrum) software delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) and application integration. In this role you’ll take the lead in driving the delivery of internally and externally developed software solutions while managing a small team of skilled Developers, working closely with business leaders to prioritize and schedule development tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
You’ll take ownership of team performance, including resource planning and leading by example. Fostering a positive and collaborative environment that all can succeed in. If successful in our process you’ll also play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective communication across teams.

About You
- First and foremost you’ll have experience in managing a team within a similar Business Systems Manager or related role
- You’ll be able to demonstrate solid technical knowledge across a range of platforms and solutions such as MS.Net, MSSQL Server, HTML/XML, Data Integration, web services, robotics, and it’d be desirable if you have knowledge of Predictive Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
- You’ll have an understanding of project management methodologies using Agile and SCRUM
