Infrastructure Manager : £60-65,000 + benefits

We're looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join a leading organisation that are going through a significant period of growth due to continued success!
A globally leading innovator within their industry you'll be playing an integral role in making sure that Technology supports & enables the business, ensuring that Infrastructure is available, secure and managed successfully .
As a senior leader you will play a crucial part in the road map and strategic conversations around technology, really looking at how Infrastructure can evolve with the ever changing landscape of the company!
Although you'll be 'at the top' from an IT perspective this is still a relatively smaller IT department you do need to be willing to role your sleeves up and be hands on where needed to!
Key responsibilities:
- To create a clear and suitable road map so that IT Infrastructure continues to meet the needs of the business as it grows
- Ensure that the environment is actively monitored and all issues are promptly addressed and resolved to high standards
- Manage the IT & Infrastructure for multiple sites
- Implement policies, procedures, controls etc to keep a secure environment
- Help Infrastructure evolve in line with both the business but also from a tool and technology perspective
- Manage costs and budgets
- Manage key vendors and suppliers
- Mentor and support your team to help with their career aspirations
