Are you a passionate Quality professional looking to lead and shape the quality function in a dynamic and highly regulated industry? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager to ensure our products and operations meet the highest industry standards while transforming the product quality processes.
As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving quality standards, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing a team of Quality professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant national and international standards.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conducting audits and overseeing customer and supply chain quality assurance processes.
- Leading investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions using industry practices like 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Quality Manager / Engineer with a HNC or Equivalent in Mechanical engineering (or similar)
- Strong experience in ISO 9001 quality management systems, with lead auditor certification being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with quality control, assurance, and compliance in a heavy industry / manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
- Knowledge of SAP Terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
