Our client is a leading property developer operating across the country seeking a Quality Manager for two sites in Leeds and Manchester.
The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days working from home and 3 days on-site.
Candidates must have experience in high-rise developments exceeding 16 stories and significant experience in site management or a similar QA role.
Knowledge of both low-rise traditional housing and high-rise projects, along with proficiency in electronic Quality Management software like Aconex Field, is required.
The role offers a salary of up to £75,000, plus a full package and bonus, with relevant construction experience necessary.

Experienceinhighrisedevelopments,inexcessof16storiesisaMUST.
SignificantworkexperiencewithintheconstructionindustryinSitemanagementorsimilarQArole.
Knowledgeofbothlow-risetraditionalhousingandhigh-riseprojects.
UsedAconexFieldorsimilarelectronicQualityManagementsoftware.
ExperienceoverseeingqualitywithinaConstructionMortgageLending(CML).
RelevantConstructionSkillsCertificateCard
