Sonic Summary

The job is for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with a salary range of £30k to £37k, plus overtime that can lead to an OTE of £50k+.
Candidates are required to have an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and previous mechanical experience.
The role involves maintaining equipment such as CNCs and overhead cranes, as well as participating in various project work.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.

Hours – Mon – Thurs 7:30 – 16:00, Friday 7:30 – 12:00

An opportunity has arisen for a mechanical fitter / maintenance engineer to join an ever-growing OEM (original equipment manufacturer!). The company are going from strength to strength and have several projects coming up this year meaning more overtime is available than ever!

The Role

As a mechanical maintenance fitter, you will be involved with:

Maintaining a range of equipment including, CNCs, overhead cranes and machine tools etc
A range of project work
Working on a range of different mechanical components

Requirements

To be a successful mechanical maintenance fitter, our client requires:

An NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
Previous mechanical background
Great communication skills
