Description
- Respond to inbound claim inquiries via telephone
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls
- Accurately gather and enter all relevant customer and claim information into the case management system
- Evaluate the likelihood of claim success
- Determine and initiate the most suitable protocol for each claim
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactively communicate with customers to support them in starting their claim
- Provide support to Fee Earners as needed
Profile
A successful Claims Assistant should have:
- Proven experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment is desirable
- Previous experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
