Description

  • Respond to inbound claim inquiries via telephone
  • Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Accurately gather and enter all relevant customer and claim information into the case management system
  • Evaluate the likelihood of claim success
  • Determine and initiate the most suitable protocol for each claim
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proactively communicate with customers to support them in starting their claim
  • Provide support to Fee Earners as needed

Profile

A successful Claims Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment is desirable
  • Previous experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
