Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and inventory - Export/Import
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth logistics and processes
  • Assisting with compliance procedures and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating export shipping processes, including documentation and customs procedures
  • Handling customer queries and providing exceptional service to meet their needs
  • Supporting the warehouse supervisor in day-to-day activities
  • Utilising computer systems to manage stock levels and generate reports
  • Being proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions
