Elevation Recruitment are currently working alongside a fantastic client to support them with a number of Warehouse Administration roles.This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse by supporting inventory management, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The Warehouse Administrator will work closely with warehouse personnel, logistics teams, and other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring accuracy in system records.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring that they are correctly recorded, prepared, and dispatched.
  • Maintain and update inventory databases, ensuring accurate information is available for all relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing reports, generating order confirmations, and assisting with purchase orders.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to inventory status, shipments, and order tracking.
  • Assist in the implementation of warehouse procedures to optimize operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock movements and report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Organize and file documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to logistics, inventory, and supply chain.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse settings is a plus.
