The day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a Contract Administrator (RIBA Stages 5-7), undertaking building surveys, preparing and submitting planning applications, producing drawings within RIBA Stages 0-3, and ensuring comprehensive record-keeping. Within this role, you will collaborate closely with the design team and site teams to drive project completion while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding professional standards.

The Role:
- Act as a contract administrator (RIBA stages 5 - 7)
- Undertake planning applications and building surveys
- Product drawings and maintain accurate records

The Person:
- Architectural Technologist or similar
- Commutable to Huddersfield, with a full UK license
- Knowledge of RIBA and JCT contracts
