Conveyancing Assistant

My Leeds based client are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their firm, salaries dependant on experience.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within the Conveyancing department as Conveyancing Assistant, dealing with exchanges and paperwork, mortgage reports, ordering searches, opening files, producing documents, filing, billing and taxing, post and telephone calls and ad hoc / admin duties.

What skills will you have?

You will have at least one years' experience providing support as a Conveyancing Assistant, any additional legal experience would be advantageous. You will be a strong communicator, e well organised and be able to work efficiently through large workloads in order of priority. You will have strong IT and admin skills and work well in a team.

The firm possess excellent benefits and support career progression. The role is mainly office based, although they would be open to considering occasional home working.
