Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Legal Assistant to join Family team based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, flexible working and genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Family Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team lead with a varied caseload of domestic violence matters. You will also be responsible for:

  • Dealing with new client telephone enquiries
  • Attending client meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Legal Assistants with experience in family law matters. You will also:

  • Be confident assisting with a varied caseload.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
