Maintenance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company based in Mirfield to recruit a Maintenance Manager.Salary - £60-65k

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 14 Maintenance Engineers.

The Maintenance Manager will lead all manufacturing engineering maintenance, be responsible for a diverse team and have full budgetary responsibility for the department.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines
• Manage contractors
• Lead, develop and manage a team
• Analyse downtime, identify trends and develop solutions
• Identify and justify capital equipment investment
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

We would be keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:

• HNC or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
• Experience within a heavy industry environment would be advantageous
