Overview
Your chance to join a small but extremely successful food manufacturer in West Yorkshire. The company has a very impressive portfolio of food service and retail customers.
As Technical Manager, you will lead a small but dynamic team. You will be the Technical-face of the business, leading the relationship with customers and taking responsibility for audits.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our quality standards.
- Be responsible for preparing and leading audits for BRC, customers and statutory bodies.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Train and support staff on company quality standards and processes.
The Candidate
The successful Technical Manager will have:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading customer and BRC audits.
