We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses for a temporary role within a community healthcare organisation in Kirklees. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver comprehensive community nursing care, including end of life care, pain management, and administration of anticipatory medicines and insulin.
