About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our consultancy team on a freelance basis. You will be providing essential support for a construction project focused on building a new warehouse facility in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on all health and safety matters.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and produce detailed reports.
  • Deliver health and safety training sessions to staff and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety Advisor role within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
  • Immediate availability to start.
