Accounts Administrator
Location: Huddersfield West Yorkshire
Hours: 2 days per week (8 hours) or 4 days per week (4 hours) with a scope to extend hours in the future
Salary: 12.50p/h - 13.50p/h Depending on experience

We are working with a well-established company based in Huddersfield, recognised for its expertise. With years of industry experience, our client provides a comprehensive range of services, from repairs to full system installations.
We are currently on the look out to recruit an Accounts Administrator to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor the accounts email inbox, saving documents and resolving/distributing queries.
- Accurately enter purchase invoices into accounting software SAGE and send them for managerial approval (handling over 700 invoices per month).
- Export entered purchase invoices and manage the approval process.
- Oversee and manage monthly utility meter readings.
- File delivery notes and request copies when required.
- General Adhoc/Office duties where required.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience is essential).
- Experience with accounting software SAGE is beneficial but not required.
- A proactive and willing attitude towards learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
