Harte Recruitment invites property professionals with a background in residential sales, lettings OR New Homes to apply for an exciting Part-time New Homes Sales Advisor role based on the outskirts of Huddersfield!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales department of a highly respected Developer, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the property market. Located on a new development site on the outskirts of Huddersfield, this Part-time New Homes Sales Advisor role offers you the chance to showcase a passion for property and a talent for sales, all while contributing to the company's goals and providing exceptional service to potential buyers.

The package

  • Up to £24,000 to £26,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + comms (pro-rata)
  • Working Hours:
    • 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday
    • 10:00 - 17:00 Winter hours
    • 11:00 - 18:00 Summer hours
  • £180 per plot sold (already pro Rattad)
  • Commission for HBF Surveying
  • 1.5% of any extras that a customer orders

The Part-time Sales Advisor Role

  • Experience in progressing contracts is essential
  • Background in a similar role or within an Estate Agency setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with excellent attention to detail

The Person

  • Experience: Background in new homes sales, residential sales, or lettings preferred; experience in contract progression essential
  • Strong communicator with a passion for helping people find their dream homes
  • Highly organised, motivated, and able to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven negotiation skills and a customer-first approach
  • Previous experience in estate agency or a similar field is desirable
