Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, water supply systems, and drainage systems.
  • Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Carry out emergency repairs and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Install and maintain heating systems, including radiators, boilers, and underfloor heating.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional manner at all times.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including work orders and reports.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in domestic and/or commercial plumbing.
  • Gas Safe Registration (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
